SOFRELOG is a provider of real time processing capability for a number of applications. Our mission is to enable our clients to achieve long-term system efficiency and reliability. SOFRELOG accomplishes this by making available highly sophisticated software and hardware solutions, which operate primarily on standard hardware platforms and operating systems. This provides a continuous software upgrade capability while leveraging downward hardware cost trends.
The company was founded in 1987 by computer engineers, with a thorough knowledge of real time systems. Among early developments was SYTAR (System for Tracking, Administration and Routing), a fully integrated turn-key system, which is deployed by using a series of software modules to achieve custom solutions for applications such as vessel monitoring, surveillance, coast and range control. A growing number of SYTAR systems are being provided for customers in Europe, North and South America, Africa, and Asia. With principal offices in France and in the US, SOFRELOG employs a staff of more than 60 engineers who develop and support increasing capability. SOFRELOG also places a high priority on remaining up-to-date on application developments and requirements by working closely with knowledgeable industry representatives and associations. Sofrelog also markets the IRIS products from SYSTEMATIC (www.systematic.dk). IRIS is a unique data exchange product for military applications where tactical information is transferred for Command and Control using EDI formatted messages.
